Description: ThrottleLauncher is a launcher application designed for Windows Mobile 5 and 6. The program consists of several pages, each containing rows. Each of the rows depending of it contents can be scrolled horizontally by using your finger or stylus. Throttle Launcher is also fully configurable through the .xml files, so the rest of the program's features depend on your setup.

The rows can contain:
* Icons: can execute any program or link
* Clock: analog clock
* Text: can be updated periodically and can contain dynamic dates or registry values
* Photo dialer: you can place contacts with associated photos on a row
* Running and recent applications: all running and recent applications can be shown inside a row

Main features:
* Kinetic scrolling
* Fully configurable
* Skin support

System Requirements
* WM5 or greater * NET.CF 2.0 (3.5 strongly recommended) * 195 Mhz CPU recommended. (The higher the better) * SD installation is supported but installing to device will make it work faster * 2MB free space * To use Flash ensure you've installed FlashPlayer 7 (download here).

The program looks nice visually, but the slow speed will get to you VERY quickly. Hopefully the developers will improve the speed in later versions...

Very buggy program. I loose almost all the menu's, and I have to go through several commands just to do something whereas it would normally take me one. Not recommended

Nice looking, love the flash clock... but runs slow as hell on my HTC tilt... Pretty buggy too. update please!! will look forward to later versions.

Not advised, reminds me so much of Pointui but waaaay slower. It's unreal how much laggy this runs. I've got an ATT 8525 which is not the latest and greatest BUT Pointui works very efficiently where as this runs like Windows Vista on a Pentium 1 !! (yes exaggerated)

oh gosh.. this is extremely slow even on a decent device like my htc tytn (hermes).. not recommended unless u have state of the art 256mb rom and 512mb ram

On my T-Mobile Wing it eats up about 5MB of my RAM and runs slightly slow (as I mentioned above), but when I ran it on my Uncle's P535 Asus, it was VERY smooth and quick. Also flash doesnt seem to work for me..
