Just copy the .cab compressed file onto your htc touch. drag and drop it into your documents. Then go to your HTC touch, open up --> Start--> programs--> File explorer--> tap S2U2--> install it. Once installed go back to programs, and it should be installed there. CLick on options--> configure it to what u want. Power off and then power on ur touch and the slider shoudl be there

The file is a rar file beeguy27. Download a program called winrar that can extract the installer file.

yeah I have the same problem. I was able to change it by inserting a photo in to the gfx folder and naming it wallpaper. But of course my image was too big so it was off center. Try that tho. So far it's the only thing that has worked.

if you download s2v, which is a picture viewing program, it gives you the option to 'set as portrait wallpaper' or as landscape. or to select a folder to cycle through the pics in it.
