Description: YoutubePlay is a Windows Mobile application that allows you to simply browse and play Youtube and FLV videos without opening a browser. All you do is open the application, type in what you want to search for, select it, then press play. Full screen is available.
Lots of bug fixes and configuration features have been added since the initial release.
This application is very data-intensive. It is not recommended that you use YoutubePlay unless you have an unlimited data plan with your mobile carrier.

Youtubeplay is my favorite wm6 application by far. Works flawlessly on my HTC Touch. Video can start buffering a lot when your signal is weak on a CDMA network but most of the time it's fast.

You can do it all from your mobile phone. Alternatively, you can download the file to your PC, extract it. Sync up with your phone and send the .cab file over to your phone. Run the .cab file. It's much easier to do it all from your phone. Running the .cab file is your main goal.

It doesn't work on my HTC TyTN II. It successfully loads up thumbnails, tries to buffer then is unable to play a video. The message says 'failed to play: -3' I've adjusted the config a bit but have had no change in results. Am I doing something wrong?

Can someone please clarify: Whats the diffence between YoutubePlay 1.0.7 and Youtube Player ? I installed and use Youtube Player without problems {love it}. Then I tried to install YoutubePlay 1.0.7 but got a message that youtube software is already installed and has to be removed before installing YoutubePlay 1.0.7. So I cancelled here since Youtube Player actually works so far. Any idea? Thanks Benni
