 Post subject: wifi "drivers not loaded"

Mobile Device: tmobile shadow
hey, i have a shadow, and under my wifi settings it says that my drivers are not loaded and can't find any network whatsoever. I tried hard reset and soft reset with no luck. any body else run into this problem?
