Just bought Samsung Omnia which much better specs than Iphone.. sorry Iphone freak

Any way need help from pro..

The startup menu on screen can I add and delete coz even I use File explorer and add program still did not appeared on screen in startup menu

Secondly when I use "Today" apps the start up menu gone and I cannot turn off "Today" program.

Even "today" program I can't add in any new program Y ya?

Anyone have any solution on this please?
