I just got an AT&T Tilt. I want to get the Kaiser Tweak. These are the steps I think I might know:
1. Download Zip File "HHCv10Final"
2. Unzip to storage card (while it's not in the phone?)
3. Put Storage card in the phone
4. ???

I could really use some experienced help.

Did this last nite.
1. Download both exe and html files to your phone. I downloaded to my desktop, then transfered the files to a separate folder on my storage card. I left my storage card in the phone, but you may not need to do this. Keep both files in same folder.
2. Run the exe file.
4. Go to Start>Programs>Kaiser Tweak and run the program.
5. Scroll through the options and select those you want.
6. After finalizing the selections, do a soft reset.

Done.

I'm no expert, but this worked great for me.
