Interesting.. what you describe points to one or more of these:
* browser security settings (ie: cookies enabled ? )
* antispyware/antimalware programs or any other apps that are installed that affect browser activity
* any hacks or registry customizations made by yourself or through the use of 3rd party software..
* Possible website issue caused by your ISP - all sites do not work the same or are even accessible through all ISPs.

-not much more I can think of in this thread regarding the PC issue..

hi frndz..i have downloaded so many themes and softwares from this site.....all of them are zip files..when i am extracting these, i am getting only XML. format.....which is not getting installed in my htc wm6 mobile....after extracting i am not getting any CAB. file.....plz help me....

Doesn't make sense really... You download the zips and they unpack as xml files? Try using a different unzipping program.

If you are using your pc to download them, your pc sees them as zip files, but they are really .CAB files.. Do not try to unzip them, just transfer them to your device and run them from within your device..

Same problem here. I've tried to download with Opera, FireFox and IE7. All giving the same problem.
This problem occured some time ago but then I just switched to FireFox and was able to download everything. Now all three browsers don't work. And yes, coockies are enabled..

I'm having the same problem downloading to my PC. I've been trying for a couple of days. I can browse the forums, whatever, but when I select "Themes" from the home index and start browsing those, the web site "forgets" that I'm logged in.
